Happy Equinox 🌷
Years ago, I was in a bodywork workshop when the instructor said something that stuck with me: “The room does 50% of the work.”
At the time, I wasn’t fully sure what that meant, but it was so intriguing! As I transitioned from massage therapy to interior design, especially designing healing environments, it became clear. A well-designed space supports ease, restoration, and presence, allowing both practitioners and clients to feel more at home in their bodies. This idea led me to explore biophilic design, neuroaesthetics, and the impact of our environment on our nervous system—all of which I now bring into my work.
